A special Women’s Self Defense class will be held at the Woodmen Hills Community Center West on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a free class provided by Universal Kempo-Karate School Association. Learn basic secrets of self-defense in a safe, relaxed environment; be safe at home, work or shopping; become aware of ways to defend yourself and your children no matter where you are; learn how to stop an attack; and learn effective self defense techniques for any situation.
