Pikes Peak Family Connections, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect, has immediate volunteer opportunities available to work with at-risk children who are in need of loving care. The Nurturing Parenting Program Classes, offered on weeknights, need children’s co-facilitators and childcare volunteers to help teach children whose parents are taking the classes. KPC Kids’ Place, a free crisis and respite nursery, needs volunteers to work with children whose families need emergency childcare.
