The Banning Lewis Ranch Management Co. has selected Falcon Broadband as the company that will provide entertainment and communication services to Northtree Development and future neighborhoods at BLR. Using a fiber optic network, Falcon Broadband will deliver television, Internet and phone service.”We are making Banning Lewis Ranch’s entertainment and communications infrastructure future proof,” said Randy DeYoung, president of Falcon Broadband. “Falcon Broadband has invested in technology that allows its customers to access the entertainment and communications applications of today and the future by using a network that brings dedicated fiber optics to the doorstep of each home and business within the development.”New homebuyers at Northtree will pay a monthly fee of $42.50 to the Metro District for services that will include a minimum of 55 television channels and high-speed Internet access. Individual homeowners may purchase additional services, including phone service, digital programming, HD programming (more than 30 channels), DVR and more.Founded in 2003, Falcon Broadband provides video, Internet and phone service to thousands of customers in El Paso County via broadband wired and wireless networks. Voters recently approved a franchise agreement with the city of Colorado Springs.
