This year’s Lady Falcon volleyball team has had a rough season, from adjusting to a new coach to only having three seniors to lead their team. The three seniors of the 2007-2008 season are Amber Schawe, Rose Waskosky and Jessica Brungradt. The other eight varsity players are Laurel Farinaro, Emily Junk, Megan Morris, Michelle Musseau, Melissa Ninemire, Allison Pinterpe, Caitlyn Stell, and Jillian Wilkins. The girls have had a slightly negative season with only four wins and eight losses and no conference wins. Although the girls haven’t won on the scoreboard, they have been practicing hard and boosting each other during games. With not much left in the season before districts, the girls are going to continue to practice and play their hearts out. They played Fountain/Fort Carson High School at Falcon on Oct. 2. (results in next issue)
