The Eastern Plains Intertribal Pow Wow will be at the Lincoln County fairgrounds in Hugo, Colo., Sept. 1 and Sept.2. The master of ceremonies is Chico Duvak, artist, activist and spiritual leader, and the honored guest is Dennis Banks, movie actor, author and co-founder of the American Indian Movement. The host drum is Denver All Nations, featuring lead singer Lionel Steel. Also featured is a concert by “One Nation.”The fairgrounds are located 13 miles southeast of Limon on Highway 287.
