The Exchange Club of Falcon participated in the annual Woodman Hills Business and Craft Fair in June. Club members prepared breakfast items for the vendors and hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork, chips, muffins and drinks for the general public. The club also shared a booth with an Exchange Club member at the Falcon Festival, also held in June. Raffle tickets were sold for the following grand prizes: a two-horse trailer, a 4 day/3 night cruise to the Bahamas on Carnival Cruise Line; or a 3 day/2 night GETAWAY weekend to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Orlando or Key West. All travel packages include round trip air for two, plus $500 and a rental car for the weekend trip. If you didn’t have an opportunity to purchase a tax-deductible ticket, members of the Exchange Club will be at the Big R on a recurring basis throughout the summer months.The Falcon Club is proud to introduce its newest member, Mary Lou Crabill, who will join the club’s child abuse prevention committee.
