Greg Timm of Cygnet Land is contesting the inclusion of his approximate 50 acres of commercial land that sits within the proposed Falcon incorporation boundaries. A May 18 hearing before a judge was scheduled at the time this NFH issue was sent to the printer. Check the NFH Web site May 18 at www.newfalconherald.com for the results of the hearing. Meanwhile, the county also has filed to intervene with the incorporation boundaries. Weíll keep you updated throughout the week, until the vote is set in stone.
