Falcon area senior center in the works

Donít forget potluck luncheon for proposed senior meal and exercise program. Nick and Bev Ordon have initiated a meal program for seniors in Falcon and the area, along with an exercise program. They are looking for volunteers and help getting the programs launched. The Falcon Fire Protection District has offered space and the kitchen at the Falcon station for meal preparation and dining. Initially, the plan is to prepare and serve meals to seniors 60-plus at the station two times a month ñ the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.Pat Jeffries, pastor at Grace Community Church, has volunteered the church as a site for the exercise class. The class will take place at Grace Community Church from 11 a.m. to noon on Mondays and Fridays.
