The latest edition of Hennan’s American Public Library Ratings ranks the Pikes Peak Library District No. 9 in the nation out of 77 library systems in the same-size category. This year, the district was placed in the 500,000-plus population category – the highest category. HAPLR is a national ratings system that uses data compiled by the Federal State Cooperative System to rank public libraries throughout the United States.
