Protect Our Wells is hosting Gary Barber, a consultant for the El Paso County Water Authority, at its meeting Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Woodmen Heights Community Center.Barber will present information about the water authority, plans for the Upper Black Squirrel Basin and what is happening with the House Bill 1177 roundtable process.The Woodmen Heights Community is located at 8292 Woodmen Valley View (Woodmen Frontage Road between N.
