Banning Lewis Ranch Academy Principal Kim Davis said about 1,500 people attended a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house Sept. 9, including representatives from Banning Lewis Ranch Management Co. and Mosaica Education Inc., the school’s management company. “People flew in from all over the country,” Davis.There are 500 students currently enrolled at the academy and between 400 and 500 on the waiting list, Davis said. In November, interested families can be placed on the wait list for the 2007-2008 school year, and a lottery will be held in February.
