Mary Welty has opened a store in a brand new building on the Point of Rocks working cattle ranch that is owned by her family. A celebration/grand opening took place Aug. 20.The Fly’n Cowboy Ranch Store offers a unique ride-in boutique and a place to trailer your horse. Besides fitting the horse, the store features trail riding items, saddles and custom saddles and clothing – all made in the U.S. “We also carry RU tack, double diamond halters and unique handmade gifts,” Welty said.The ranch also includes a guest lodge, an art gallery showing paintings and sculptures by Mary Welty and opportunities for hunting trips.Visit www.mjwelty.com for more information.
