While school was out, the boys’ golf team has been on the greens, doing what they do best – golf. They have done their best to exceed their own standards, and soar to new heights. They have also been practicing and competing against other schools in tournaments since the beginning of summer. As the golf season wraps up, they have a lot to show for a busy season. The boys’ golf team has greatly improved since last year, and although they have not won every tournament, they have had a lot of time to sharpen their golf skills. The team is coached by Ryan Bernstein and Andy Franco, who both teach full time at Falcon High School. The season has been a great one, and the varsity team will have the honors of playing at the 4A State Championship on Oct. 3. Because the season was a very triumphant one, it is only right to say they should do exceptionally well at the state championship.
