The Elizabeth Celtic Festival will be held at the Casey Jones Park Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16, beginning at 9 a.m. Included in this year’s festivities are solo piping competitions and pipe band performances, a highland dancing competition, Colorado Scottish and Irish folk musicians, clans, Scottish athletic demonstrations, living history re-enactors, import and craft vendors, Ceilidh, food and drink (pub), children’s events and games.Overnight camping is available at the park, although there are no hook ups for RV’s. Tickets are available from Parker, Castle Rock and Elizabeth Safeway stores starting in June.
