The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a request by Jay and Jane Ohmes Trust to create three single-family plots on 19.35 acres, located at 10155 Hardy Road. The property is zoned residential rural-5.
Pro Trans variance of use
The county commissioners approved a request by Pro Trans Plus to permit a commercial vehicle repair garage within an existing hangar at the Meadow Lake Airport in a 4-1 vote, with District 3 Commissioner Bill Wysong opposed. The property, located south of Judge Orr Road and east of Highway 24, is zoned R-4 planned unit development and is located within the general aviation (GA-O) overlay district.
Branding Iron at Sterling Ranch subdivision
The BOCC unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within the Branding Iron at Sterling Ranch Filing No. 1 subdivision into the EPC road maintenance system. All improvements have been completed and inspected.
